3. Error free box design
The BLE vacuum molding machine is known as an error free box molding machine because it adds sand, compacts, demoulds, lowers core, closes and unloads all in one box, without the need for flipping or any horizontal movement; Only simple linear motion; With its fully fixed high stiffness body and central four pillar guide mechanism, its misalignment can be controlled at around 0.15mm.
4. Vacuum pre compaction and directional sand addition
As is well known, during sand injection and air flow impact molding, the high-pressure air flow instantly enters the mold box during sand addition, causing rebound after the air flow hits the template, which greatly reduces the pre compaction effect and leads to a rapid decrease in mold hardness. However, the air flow formed by the vacuum method in the BLE molding machine is completely different from the high-pressure air flow of sand shooting. Firstly, before the sand enters the mold box, a vacuum has been formed, and the air resistance is very small. The sand acceleration is fast, and the pre compaction effect is good; Moreover, since this is the airflow generated by vacuum negative pressure, it is a directional airflow from the moment it is generated, without any rebound or turbulence of the airflow. In this way, through the suction plug, a certain pre compaction effect can be achieved where needed.
5. Negative pressure molding, no shape rebound, high dimensional accuracy of castings.
The rebound of the mold is actually mainly due to the gas inside the mold being compressed and reduced during the compaction process. Once the external pressure is relieved, the gas expands and produces. The size of mold rebound is greatly influenced by external pressure, temperature, sand quality, and air humidity. Almost all molds in the world are generally positive pressure molds, especially for sand injection, air impact, and static pressure molding. The higher the air pressure, the greater the gas pressure inside the mold, and the greater the mold rebound. This leads to the inability to accurately estimate the size of mold rebound during mold manufacturing, which is offset during template design, resulting in a decrease in casting dimensional accuracy. The BLE vacuum molding basically eliminates the air inside the mold, thereby minimizing the rebound of the mold and maintaining a high degree of consistency between the mold and the model. It is particularly suitable for manufacturing castings with complex geometric shapes and extremely high dimensional accuracy.
6. Negative pressure casting, no mold rebound, small draft angle.
The BLE vacuum molding machine eliminates mold rebound, making demolding easier. And when the BLE vacuum molding machine demoulds, the sand box is demolding. Under the guidance of the molding room, coupled with the smooth movement of the four pillar central guidance system, the perfect demolding is achieved. Therefore, when producing castings such as motor shells with ribs and heat dissipation fins, they have special advantages.
7. Using two single sided templates, the template can be deeply recessed.
Due to the use of two single sided templates, it is possible to produce brake drums, which require not only protruding templates but also concave templates for castings. This not only completely overcomes the huge defect that double-sided templates cannot use concave templates, but also improves the flexibility of casting process design. Curved parting surfaces and curved pouring systems can be used, which greatly reduces the scrap rate of castings.
